1. General Platform Usage

PrimeLink Global operates a hybrid commerce platform. We function as a direct digital retailer for imported goods and simultaneously act as a multi vendor digital marketplace facilitating transactions between independent Global Sellers and regional buyers.

• Account Integrity: You must provide entirely accurate current and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• Prohibited Actions: Users shall not engage in platform manipulation automated scraping fraudulent transactions or any behavior that compromises our digital infrastructure.

2. Global Marketplace Rules

We empower merchants to open virtual storefronts worldwide. When purchasing from an independent Global Seller the transaction binds the buyer and that specific seller.

A. Seller Obligations

• Authenticity and Compliance: Sellers guarantee that all listed goods are genuine legal and compliant with the import rules of the destination country.
• Fulfillment Requirements: Sellers must dispatch orders within the stipulated handling timeframe and provide accurate tracking data. Failure to fulfill orders repeatedly will result in account suspension and withheld payouts.
• Commissions and Payouts: PrimeLink Global retains a standardized commission on marketplace sales. Vendor payouts are processed automatically according to our clearing schedule following successful delivery verification.

B. Buyer Acknowledgements

• Dispute Resolution: If a marketplace order arrives defective buyers must initiate a dispute within the assigned buyer protection window. We will act as a fair intermediary to resolve vendor conflicts.

3. Interactive Live Auctions

To provide dynamic pricing opportunities we offer a Live Auction system. Participation in these auctions requires accepting binding commitments.

• Non Retraction: Bids cannot be retracted or canceled once submitted under any circumstance.
• Account Penalties: Failure to pay for a won auction will result in immediate account restriction loss of bidding privileges and potential recovery actions for the outstanding balance.

4. Flexible Installments

We provide various financing and deferred payment solutions to ensure premium items remain accessible to all communities.

• Eligibility and Approval: Installment plans are subject to internal assessments. We reserve the right to decline financing applications at our sole discretion.
• Payment Obligations: By opting for an installment plan you authorize us or our financial partners to charge your designated payment method on the agreed schedule.
• Default and Arrears: Missed installments may incur late penalties and persistent defaults will lead to the suspension of your account and referral to local debt recovery agencies.

5. Cross Border Trade and Customs

Because PrimeLink Global operates extensively between Japan Singapore and other international corridors shipments often cross international borders.

• Import Duties and Taxes: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout the buyer is entirely responsible for any customs duties import taxes or clearance fees levied by their local government authorities.
• Customs Delays: We and our designated Global Sellers are not liable for extended delivery times caused by international customs inspections or regulatory holds.

6. Community Initiatives

Our Digital Livelihood Initiative providing free storefronts and mentorship to underprivileged individuals is entirely discretionary. We reserve the right to select candidates based on internal criteria and may modify or suspend the initiative without prior public notice.

7. Modifications to Terms

PrimeLink Global reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any given moment to reflect operational enhancements or legal adjustments. Continued use of the platform after any such modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.
