Installation Manual

This extension is installed using the OpenCart Modification system (.ocmod.xml).

Prerequisites: You must have the extension's installation file, your-extension-name.ocmod.xml.

Step 1: Save the OCMOD File

Copy the entire XML code you provided.
Paste it into a new text file.
Save the file with an .ocmod.xml extension. For example, dashboard_power_buttons.ocmod.xml.

Step 2: Upload the Extension

Log in to your OpenCart Admin Panel.
Navigate to Extensions -> Installer.
Click the blue Upload button.
Select the dashboard_power_buttons.ocmod.xml file you just created.
Wait for the progress bar to complete. You should see a "Success: You have installed your extension!" message.

Step 3: Refresh Modifications

Navigate to Extensions -> Modifications.
Click the blue Refresh button (top right corner). This is a crucial step to apply the changes from the XML file.

Step 4: Clear Your Cache (First Time Only)

Navigate to your Dashboard.
Click the blue Settings cog icon in the top right corner.
In the pop-out "Developer Settings" panel, click the Refresh buttons next to "Theme Cache" and "SASS Cache" to ensure all changes are loaded.

Installation Complete!

To verify the installation, go to your main Dashboard. You should now see two new buttons in the top right corner: a yellow button with a "superpowers" icon and a green button with a "refresh" icon. Click the yellow button to test the modification refresh and see the SweetAlert2 confirmation pop-up.
