Although there are many products of matcha tea, this product is 100% Uji matcha tea, famous for its historic tea preparation. Uji matcha does not contain many ingredients of the strainer, so it is recommended for those who don't like the stains of matcha. Not only for drinking, but also for baking treats such as ice cream, parfait, cookies, cake, etc. This product is made in a FSSC22000 certified factory

Usage Direction

1-Warm the chasen and bowl with hot water. Dispose of hot water and wipe off the water of the bowl. 

2. Place 2 cups of matcha tea strainer with a tea ladle, about 0.08 oz (2 g) in a bowl. 

3. Pour about 100cc of warm water. 

4. Firmly lit as a whisk with chasen. When the bubbles become small, 

pull up the chasen and you're done
