Usage Instructions

No complex setup is required. The extension has no separate admin interface or settings panel. Once installed and the modification cache is refreshed, the new tab will appear automatically on all product pages, ready for you to add your desired content.

Installation Instructions

Log in to your OpenCart Admin panel.
Navigate to Extensions → Installer.
Click the Upload button.
Select the file new_tab_in_product_page.ocmod.zip from your computer.
Wait for the success message confirming the extension has been uploaded.
Navigate to Extensions → Modifications.
Ensure "New Tab in Product Page" appears in the list.
Click the blue Refresh button at the top-right of the page to apply the modification.
The new tab will now be visible on all product pages — you can add your tab content via the product description editor or a suitable HTML block, depending on your theme setup.

Un-installation Instructions

If you wish to remove the extension:
Go to Extensions → Modifications.
Find "New Tab in Product Page" in the list.
Click the red Disable button.
(Optional) Click the Delete (trash can) button to remove it entirely.
Click the blue Refresh button at the top-right to remove the tab from product pages.
