Seller Agreement & Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to our Marketplace. By registering as a seller, you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This agreement governs your access to and use of our platform to list, sell, and manage your products.
2. Account Registration & Verification
To become a seller, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including valid government-issued identification. We reserve the right to reject applications or suspend accounts if the provided information is false, misleading, or fails our security verification processes.
3. Seller Responsibilities
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all product listings, descriptions, prices, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
• Fulfillment: You agree to process and ship orders promptly within the timeframe specified in your shipping settings.
• Customer Service: You are expected to provide reasonable customer support, respond to buyer inquiries, and handle refunds or returns professionally.
4. Direct Payments & Platform Liability
• Direct Transactions: Our company provides the platform to connect buyers and sellers, but we do not hold, process, or escrow funds on behalf of any party. All payments for goods are transferred directly from the buyer to your seller account.
• Limitation of Liability: Because transactions occur directly between the buyer and the seller, our company holds no liability or responsibility for chargebacks, lost funds, uncollected payments, or undelivered goods. The primary responsibility for a successful transaction lies entirely with the buyer and the seller.
5. Prohibited Items & Anti-Fraud Policy
You may not list or sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or restricted items. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent goods and scams.
• If a seller is found to have scammed a buyer or engaged in fraudulent activity, the seller's account will be immediately seized.
• We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and take appropriate legal action against fraudulent sellers to protect our buyers and platform integrity.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, the following process applies:
1. Direct Communication: The buyer and seller must first communicate directly to attempt an amicable resolution.
2. Platform Mediation: If the parties cannot reach a conclusion, we reserve the right to step in, review the evidence, and make a binding decision.
3. Enforcement: Failure to accept or comply with our final judgment will result in the immediate loss of account access and privileges for the non-compliant party (buyer or seller).
7. Fees & Commissions
By selling on our platform, you agree to our commission structure. Commissions are automatically calculated and deducted or billed based on your successful sales. If your account incurs penalty fees (e.g., for exceeding product limits), you agree to pay these fees as outlined in your seller dashboard.
8. Privacy & Data Handling
• Your Data: Your personal information and uploaded documents (such as ID cards) are securely stored and used strictly for identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Buyer Data: As a seller, you will receive buyer information (names, shipping addresses) necessary to fulfill orders. You agree to use this data only for order fulfillment and never for external marketing, spam, or unauthorized data sharing.
9. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend, seize, or terminate your seller account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide a consistently poor experience for buyers.
10. Modifications to the Agreement
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your seller account after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
